Maryland Transplants - the Collins sisters

As a freshman in Smithsburg, Maryland, LaSonja (left) was a Maryland 1A Champion, making her coach, Buddy Orndorff proud.  But then the Collins family moved to North Carolina and broke Buddy's heart.  Well here is LaSonja and LaToya to say Hi to Coach Orndorff.  LaToya, a freshman now, ran for the Smithsburg Middle School team with Coach Orndorff.

Shamekia Louis

Shamekia, a DyeStat Elite long jumper, came in 2^nd in Mobile.  Shamekia is a hard worker who has a busy daily schedule filled with jogging, sprint drills, 100 drills and plyometric routines.  Shamekia is also blessed to have her mother as her coach.  Mom was very supportive, up beat and cheering all the way.
